TagAssist HTML Editor for Translators

TagAssist is a tool for translating HTML files. It features a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) editor that enables you to edit HTML text much like a word processor, as well as a source view that lets you work directly with the HTML source code. A browser tab allows you to view your translated file as it appears in Internet Explorer.
