Translate PowerPoint Files with Felix
Felix is one of the only CAT tools that lets you work right from Microsoft PowerPoint.
PowerPoint files are widely believed to be among the most time-consuming to translate. We feel your pain! That's why Felix makes this process as simple as possible. When you translate a PowerPoint file, you work right within MS PowerPoint. Just overwrite the original file with your translation, registering translated segments as you go just like with MS Word.
When you register a translation, the next segment — whether it's in the next text box or on the next slide — is automatically selected and looked up in the Felix window.
There's no need for complicated extra steps, like extracting the text into a third-party program, translating it, then putting it back in and hoping for the best.
